Introduction

Welcome to Techna Center, LLC's website. My name is Raj Singh and I am the general manager for Techna Center. I will take a few minutes to introduce you to our company. Specially, my goal in this video is to inform you who we are, what we do, and why you should consider us for you next project.

Who we are

Techna Center is registered for business in Maryland with the Department of Assessments and Taxation. We are based in Randallstown, MD - which is in Northwest of Baltimore County. We are an Information Technology company – I will elaborate more on this later in the video and hopefully without minimal technical jargon.

As a small business, we understand the needs and budgetary requirements of the local small business owners. Most importantly, however, we understand how to work within those restrictions and produce solutions that meet business objectives (results).

What we do

Techna Center provides three types of services (specializes/focuses in three main areas):

1. Website services - development - services
2. Software engineering - services
3. IT Training

Before I get into the details, I would like to mention we use the latest web technologies and follow Google Webmaster Guidelines to maximize the outcome for each project. From start to finish, we offer complete website services such as:

• Website design services - we can build an effective website from scratch
• Website redesign - to improve an existing website.
• Website programming - to add features like blogs, shopping carts, email newsletter sign up, website search function, and so on.
• Website maintenance - we keep website up-to-date as our clients direct us.
• Search engine optimization – we use search engine friendly design and coding to improve search results. Search engines like Google and Bing bring free traffic to the websites. We have experience and consistent track record of improved search results.
• Email marketing - we have developed our own proprietary software to connect our customers with their customers. Our email marketing offers advanced tracking and one-click services.
• Video editing and publishing - we can brand and edit videos to make it look professional and branded for your business.
• Graphic/animation production - we specialize in building animations Adobe Flash.

Software services

In addition to web services, we build custom software specifically designed for your business or customers. Presently, we create software that is compatible with PCs or Windows Operating Systems.

Here is one of our software solutions designed to manage mailings to customers. The software makes it very simple to print multiple mailings with just a few clicks while eliminating duplicates and increasing speed.

IT Training

Techna Center offers high-quality, and practical business IT skills through training and seminars.

We provide technical training services in over a dozen courses, including

• email marketing
